The developer and owner of the five-story Colonnade II office building on Six Forks Road in north Raleigh that is fully occupied by Salix Pharmaceuticals (Nasdaq: SLXP) has been sold to a new investor for $27.45 million.
The seller of the property was Cornerstone Real Estate Advisors of Connecticut, which had helped finance the construction of the 127,000-square-foot building in 2008. The buyer was a real estate fund represented by Allegiancy of Richmond, Va., according to county deed records.
